Where Does Your Hair Come From? Are You Import Cheap Raw Hair Materials From India or Mix Synthetic Fiber Into Your Hair Products?
We commit that all of Human Hair Vietnam’s hair products are made ENTIRELY from Vietnamese human hair and NO MIX SYNTHETIC FIBER. We only have one hair source: local human hair, which is come from two areas: the northern mountainous area and the southern plains area.
What Is The Difference Between The 3 Standards?
In the Vietnamese hair market, the quality grades of hair products are divided into three basic categories: Super Double Drawn, Double Drawn, and Single Drawn.
- Single-drawn hair is the category of the lowest hair thickness with just 40-50% of the hair having the same length. When you touch the hair, it appears thick at the root but very thin at the tail.
- Double-drawn hair refers to the 2nd rank in hair thickness with 60-65% of the hairs being the same length. Only 35-40% of your hair won’t show them too much and the double-drawn hair bundle looks full too.
- Super double-drawn hair is the highest rank in hair grade with 80-90% of the long hair strand as single-drawn hair and double-drawn hair, and the rest of the hair is short.
- Can I bleach, dye, and heat styling directly to your hair?
- Vietnamese hair is well known for being highly strong, silky, and not tangled or shedding, despite its thick appearance, Vietnam Human hair is not coarse or rough but extremely smooth and silky. And because all of Human Hair Vietnam’s Hair Products are made from 100% Vietnamese human hair, they have not been chemically processed in any way. So you can do anything with human hair extensions that you can do to your natural hair. This includes dyeing, cutting, heat styling and chemically processing your human hair. While it’s best to avoid overly harsh chemicals, Virgin and Remy extensions can be lightened or darkened in the same way as natural hair can.

What’s your minimum order quantity? Whether I can order 0.15kg, 0.2kg… to test the hair quality or not?
In Human Hair Vietnam, the minimum order quantity is about 0.3 kg (300 grams). However, we also understand that customers tend to place the small order (from 0.2 to 0.2kg) in order to previously test the hair quality, hair strands as well as hair color, so with the aim of bringing the best experience for the customers as well as to providing the most favorable condition for those purchasing our products, we also received the order with the minimum order quantity from 0.1kg (100 grams) to 0.2kg (200 grams)
Do you have the hair in stock or available hair to ship now?
With the mission of making the best high-quality hair, the AZ hair factory does not produce large quantities of hair and keeps it in stock like Chinese factories do (because this way can make the hair dry and not silky). Instead of that, our factory prepares 100% BEST-NEWEST-FRESH hair materials for each customer order so that each bundle of hair will be in the perfect situation: silky, soft, and the hair strands in the best condition.
Do you sell wigs, closure, and frontal? If so, which type of Lace do you use?
We are always available for Lace Frontal and Closure, but wigs are not currently available at our manufacturing. This hair item is being planned and will be introduced to the international hair market in the near future. In terms of Lace used to create Frontal and Closure, we are utilizing two types of lace: Swiss Lace and HD Lace.
How Long Does It Take To Produce An Order?
After receiving your order, we will start to produce the hair according to your request. This production process can take 5-7 days depending on your order.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Money Gram, VTC Pay, appota pay ,Paypal, and Western Union.
Does the company accept payment via Alibaba (Alipay)? What about Paypal, whether or not you accept payment via Paypal?
We currently offer a variety of payment methods, including bank transfer, MoneyGram, One Pay, and Western Union. However, when it comes to payment via Alipay, we, like all Vietnamese hair companies, have yet to be granted this option by Alibaba (Alipay is an e-wallet launched and developed by Alibaba Group). Perhaps this payment method will become available in the near future in Vietnam, providing users with a variety of payment options.
When do I have to pay? Can I partial pay or have to pay full? Can I deposit the money for the order? And If so, How much money do I have to spend on the deposit?
After successfully placing your order and confirming the invoice, you will have to pay money in advance to have the factory produce your hair. All customers who import hair from Human Hair Vietnam Hair can choose to make a full payment or pay a certain part first. The deposit payment must equal 70% of the order value. We will not send the order to the shipping agent until we receive complete payment.
How Can You Calculate the Shipping Fee? Does the company allow the selection of shipping agents?
HUMAN HAIR VIETNAM is currently connected to all major international carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and others). The time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address. In Human Hair Vietnam, the shipping fees have been calculated based on the weight of your order. We could not show you the specific numbers, because each shipping agents have its own range of prices. Furthermore, if you do not choose a logistics agent, we will choose the best one for you based on our previous experiences and customer data.
Do You Offer Free Sample Products?
Currently, the company does not provide free sample products for customer testing. To ensure the customer’s pleasure prior to delivery, our team will video call or utilize other means to allow customers to inspect the product quality after our factory has completed generating the order. We only deliver packages to shipping agents after the consumer has been satisfied with the quality of the hair products.
If my hair doesn’t match my order, will I get a refund? What are your return and refund policy?
We will contact the customer via video call or other ways before delivering the shipments to shipping agents to assist the customer to inspect the quality of their hair products and ensure the accuracy of the order.
However, some matters may occur with the packages during the delivery process, but you do not need to be concerned because the company also provides a good guarantee policy.
