Описание проблемы в одном сообщении, фото и видео товара высылаются заранее и фабрика рассматривает претензии 1-3 дня.
При невозможности решить проблему путем переговоров покупатель возвращает товар за свой счёт.
Претензии и возврат в течении 3 дней.
Товар не должен быть нарушен и к нему не должны применяться дополнительные обработки, сохранено оригинальное качество.
Фабрика компенсирует стоимость и возврат товара путем банковского перевода в течение 7-14 дней.
Возможна замена на аналогичный и ремонт товара, перерасчёт и учёт средств при следующем заказе – данная проблема решается путем переговоров в чате.

Return and Service Policy:

A description of the problem in one message, photos and videos of the product are sent in advance and the factory considers claims within 1-3 days.
If it is impossible to resolve the problem through negotiations, the buyer returns the goods at his own expense.

The product must not be damaged and no additional processing must be applied to it, the original quality must be maintained.
The factory will reimburse the cost and return the goods via bank transfer within 7-14 days.
It is possible to replace the product with a similar one and repair the product, recalculate and account for funds for the next order – this problem is solved through negotiations in the chat.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, an order could be canceled. Nevertheless, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time on the same day.

If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Does the cancellation cost anything?

Yes, it is. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied for the cancellation as well as the refund process. You may send any requests via email to [email protected]

We will attempt to offer a refund.

  • The hair arrives defective,
  • The hair arrives broken,
  • The hair texture is different from the one you ordered,
  • The hair length is different from the one you ordered,
  • The hair material is different from the one you ordered,
  • The hair is not the one you ordered,
  • The hair is different from how it was genuinely described.

When are products eligible for a refund?

Noticeably, the returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:

  • The hair(s) have been washed,
  • The hair(s) have been altered in any way,
  • The hair(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault,
  • The hair(s) do not have the original tags on them,

The hair(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.
